William J. Hogan- President, CEO and Director
William Hogan has over 25 years experience in the areas of development, financing and strategic planning for startup and growth level companies.  Mr. Hogan has held several senior management positions at the Chairman, CEO and President levels for several companies.  Mr. Hogan’s public company experience includes senior officer/director positions in diverse industries.  His corporate structure skills with private and public companies include several successful transactions by acquisition, Reverse Takeovers & Joint Ventures.

Gabriela Martinez, PhD - R &D Director
Gabriela Martinez has been R&D Director at Maxivet Inc. since April 2008. She has a wide-range of experiences in planning, implementation, evaluation and management of Microbiology R&D. Before joining Maxivet Inc., Dr Martinez worked as Research Associate at the Faculty of veterinarian medicine of the University of Montreal and as an expert in public health at the Laboratoire de Santé Publique du Québec. She has published more than 20 scientific papers that have been accepted in journals of high quality levels such as Infection Immunity, Journal of Clinical Microbiology, and Canadian Journal Veterinary Research. Dr Martinez is also coauthor of a patent in the field of microbiological diagnostic and a Declaration of Invention in the Immunotherapy field. Furthermore, she is often requested to evaluate scientific manuscripts for different international journals. Dr Martinez holds a B.Sc. degree and a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Rio Cuarto, Argentina and she did 5 years of postdoctoral training in Microbiology at the University of Montreal.

A. Crispin Philpott – Vice President, Product Management
Mr. Philpott has provided distinguished Sales, Marketing and Product Development leadership in the Food Safety diagnostic area for over 25 years among global market leaders, including 3M Company and DuPont Qualicon, and a number of emerging technology ventures. He is an acknowledged industry innovator with extensive experience across a variety of food diagnostic platforms, including immunology, molecular biology, spectroscopy and others.  Mr. Philpott frequently contributes expert commentary to leading industry journals. He has established and maintained strategic partnerships among many of the global and North American food industry leaders through effective collaboration and sustainable Food Safety solutions, working directly with facilities across the Americas and Europe. Mr. Philpott is Chairperson of the International Association for Food Protection’s (IAFP) Membership Committee and a graduate of Rutgers College, New Brunswick, NJ.  He began work with the FoodChek organization in March, 2009.

Taylor W. Schultz-U.S. Sales Manager
Taylor Schultz has over 25 years of professional sales and business management experience with an emphasis on start up and new product launch initiatives specializing in novel analytical lab based detection technologies. Mr. Schultz has held senior positions with both small and large Fortune 500 companies including Gen-Probe Inc., Strategic Diagnostics, Hygiena LLC., and Becton Dickinson (“BD”) where he received BD’s Sales Excellence Award for promoting IVD diagnostics. His industry experience includes pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech. Over the last ten years, he has focused his career entirely in the food safety testing market and is a frequent speaker at industry symposiums and client events.
